BRIEF
Create a cover mounted cd-rom for the new Garth Nix title 'Mr Monday'. To include competitions, screensavers, sample chapter for the follow up book 'Grim Tuesday' [full list below]

SOLUTION
Created for MAC OS X and Windows Win2000 / XP
The CD-ROM was created in Director MX and Flash MX. This allowed a better intergration with the users operating system including settting the desktop wallpaper image, installing applications and saving files to any location.
The interface was based on the atlas from the book with simple keypresses to move through the content. The competition was run within the application with the users details being sent to the HarperCollins server.
The CD-ROM was very well received and helped the new book hit the book charts as soon as it was launched. A specially branded Waterstones version was also created.
