BRIEF I was asked by Talisman Communications to organise the presentation side to this prestigious conference held in the CONRAD Hotel, Chelsea.

SOLUTION
This was the first conference for their new client and my requirements were to work with them and the client directly, producing the delegates PowerPoint presentation and also creating moments of 'added value' these included stings, small movies, videos and a news service application - screenshots shown below - this service presented the delegates with the following information The application was also designed to allow for immediate updates to the agenda and news. This was done by moving the content outside of the Director application, the content was then pulled in on the fly allowing for immediate changes.

TALISMAN COMMUNICATIONS were responsible for all aspect in organising this event from set design to a daily newsletter, to evening events to the conference content. MY ROLE
Designer responsible for all of the design and running of the PowerPoint presentations, updating the news application. Also helping to work with the client including attending interim meetings.
